JOB: NGO Creative Manager – Phnom Penh – Cambodia

CCF is looking for someone skilled in design and multimedia (including photo and video), to lead the multimedia team and to ensure high quality creative output.

The primary role of the Creative Manager is to lead CCF’s multimedia team (photography, film editing, graphic design) to ensure that CCF’s marketing and media materials reflect the organization’s branding, vibrancy, creativity and priority areas.

The role will provide strategic support to CCF’s international offices and supporters around the world, to ensure that they feel connected with our work and the children in our care and are motivated and supported to continue to support CCF in its work.

The Creative Manager will function as CCF’s lead graphic designer, as well as oversee the work of the CCF Film Unit and Photographer. The Creative Manager will develop and implement a structured approach to the management of all aspects of work and team management. This position is the line manager for two position – the Film Unit Coordinator and Photographer.

The role will be based in the Phnom Penh office and will report to the Manager, Marketing and Communications. The role will have a strong liaison with CCF’s International Offices, Social Media Coordinator and Grants team.

The Creative Manager will work closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager to develop and execute a multimedia strategy that will be aimed at increasing awareness of CCF, building our funding base and ensuring CCF staff, supporters and volunteers have access to up-to-date information on CCF’s activities, programs and funding needs.
