Strong communications have never been more important for nonprofits to entice donors and create awareness for their mission. This workshop will provide a platform for you to begin thinking strategically about telling your organization’s story in a compelling and solution-oriented way that resonates with donors and other key audiences.

Many nonprofits worry, “How do we find the budget to hire professionals or pay for promotional campaigns?” “Where do we find quality creative providers who won’t overcharge us?” “How can an outsider understand our mission as well as we do?” During our time together, we will cover the fundamentals of using all your available resources, social networking, and professional connections to get your message heard. No matter the size of your organization or your budget, there is a campaign strategy that is right for you.

Development, fundraising, and communications team members as well as leadership and directors are encouraged to attend.

Topics covered during this seminar:
Successful & Not-So-Successful Campaigns
Movement Building & Brand Ambassadors
Humanizing your Organization
Creating Call-to-Action Campaigns
Social Media For the Greatest Impact
Budgeting & Grant Writing for Communications
Building Your Team with Volunteers, Interns, Contractors & Staff
