The apartment is among the best available in the East Village. It’s a
second-floor walk up with a fire escape off of one room, a large kitchen,
spacious living room, functioning fireplace, large back deck with bbq,
wi-fi internet, exposed brick, pressed-tin ceilings, amazing roof access,
etc. It has a very homey, but spacious feeling with high ceilings.
The access to grocery stores, laundry, restaurants, bars, theaters, liquor
store, cinema, Thompkins Square Park, etc, is pretty unbeatable. In
general, the room, location, and instant social life that is available (if
you want it,) make it a pretty desirable package. It would be a good place
to land for someone just moving to town, or if someone wanted to be more in
the middle of the action.

This does not included utilities and there is a $1000 security deposit.
