Wanted to let you all know that David Hobby of [URL="http://strobist.com"]Strobist[/URL] fame will be speaking at our next photo night for charity. If you are in the area, this is a must-see lecture. David will be talking about website statistics and search engine optimization. If you don’t know about David, first check out Strobist.com, and then you will want to know that his famous blog has stats that blow away all of our little blogs. From Strobist.com:Over the course of a month, Strobist averages about 1,400,000 page views from 200,000 different photographers from around the world. David was a Baltimore Sun photographer who was teaching a class at Towson State University and instead of emailing students when they had lighting questions, decided it would be easier to put the info online.
